I'm becoming an increasingly unstable person. Why can I not do things by myself I have a best friend. We're nothing alike. When we're together, I have nothing to say. What can I say to a person like her who can do anything she wants and has no fear? I'll contaminate her. We have nothing in common, but we're best friends. I should reach out to her and ask her if she wants to go do something, but I'm also afraid of rejection and socialization. The truth is that I fear spending my money now that I've demoted at work. I have no plans and I'm a ball of fear and anxiety. I want to end this life soon, I hate it here. My 2nd life can't be so bad.

what made you guys friend in the first place? if you guys dont have anything in common but still like each other’s company, you should continue your friendship. and you know, it is okay to have an outgoing friend when you yourself have social anxiety. you wont hurt her, and you dont need to be her and she doesnt need to be like you. i get that your socially anxious, but try your best to talk to her and meeting her. shes just your friend. and if youre friendship is strong enough you’ll be just fine. take care ❤

I’m kind of trying to be more positive about myself it’s really hard, I always have these thoughts second guessing myself or putting myself down constantly. And when I’m around people all I think about is the thoughts they have of me or how I look idk how to stop it I just automatically assume they don’t like me it’s probably toxic to them

Daytime and nighttime I feel like I am a different person all together.

so today i right in the morning i got mansplained by my apparent father. when i tried to tell him how i had developed insomnia and anxiety, he started laughing at me. that laugh was just the beginning of the series of hurtful taunts and comparisions that were made. he told me shit about what he did at my age and compared me to my super studious extra perfect cousin who is good at everything. it just made me feel so worthless. like im such a failure. all i asked for was a sense of acknowledgment of my depression, anxiety, constant suicidal and self harm thoughts but instead i got lectured down and compared to other people which made me feel even more of a failure than i already am
