honestly, I felt so bad to say that comments about my body have been on my mind because the effort to make it up to me is not lost on me. you don't know it but sometimes I look it up and read the sentences over and over.

Why do I care so much what others think about me? I feel like I have to impress or be good enough for everyone. Why can't I accept the good things in front of me? Why do I chase after validation from everyone, even those who have hurt me?
