Why do I feel so sad today? Like maybe I just need a good cry, I don’t even know. I am not a danger to myself and I communicated my feelings to the ones who mean most to me so there’s progress there. I’m trying to become more open with my emotions but not trauma dump at the same time. I used to either totally trauma dump and spiral or the complete opposite and just shut down. Idk I’m lowkey proud of the improvement. I still hate this sad feeling but I don’t want to end my life or anything drastic like that. I’m just unsure how to cope with healthy sadness.
