I don't regret quitting my program but now I feel an awful pressure to finding a new job and I know it isn't because I'm lazy or anything. I don't want to work because I don't want to work. It's because I don't handle change easily, my mental health isn't the greatest and depression makes it so hard to do anything. The thought of searching for a job is nerve wrecking and discouraging. I'm also scared because what if this new work environment is bad. My current job has an amazing team, everyone is so nice and understanding. And probably the best employer/boss I've had in years. I'm so scared to go elsewhere and it's gonna be completely different.

It really sucks to firmly believe that the job you have is amazing while constantly having people tell you, that you are just in it for the money. If I was in it for the money I wouldn't be doing this job making barely above minimum wage, in a field with a high suicide rate. Go fuck your self.

maybe the change in me and silence would seem like they were brought on suddenly, but people don't understand I've been tired. for so long. if I weren't so depressed and mentally ill I wonder about what kind of person I might've been. the image is hazy because it's foreign to me. when everyone else thinks and feels normally, I don't know what I could do in my life to make me less broken than them. to make me feel okay. to make me stop feeling this way. I sound like a broken record player repeating the same thing over and over. I don't know what I'm fighting for. I'm struggling to find the point in anything.
