health anxiety is absolutely crushing me. it's so hard to feel like life is worth living when i've already convinced myself i'm one foot in the grave with some horrific illness. i'm so sick of spending every single day paralyzed with fear and dread, replaying the same nightmare scenarios over and over in my mind. the only thing that could set me at ease right now is an MRI scan, though i know that's not feasible to do just on a whim

it's been one of my greatest and most persistent fears since i was young, but i feel i'm now reaching a point where it's making functioning nearly impossible. god help me
