health anxiety is absolutely crushing me. it's so hard to feel like life is worth living when i've already convinced myself i'm one foot in the grave with some horrific illness. i'm so sick of spending every single day paralyzed with fear and dread, replaying the same nightmare scenarios over and over in my mind. the only thing that could set me at ease right now is an MRI scan, though i know that's not feasible to do just on a whim

it's been one of my greatest and most persistent fears since i was young, but i feel i'm now reaching a point where it's making functioning nearly impossible. god help me

Lately I've been having the most terrible dreams, talking Hellraiser on steroids type of dreams that I can not describe publically even should I want to. I always had dark dreams but these are something else and I don't even know how to feel.. I don't get scared, angry or sad I just feel sick. Sick and like my soul is being sucked out of me and I can't get the images out of my head.

Man why does OCD and agoraphobia recovery gotta be like this. I was doing great driving for months. I have one panic attack driving last week and now it's back to every time I'm in the car the anxiety is through the roof. Even just five minutes down the road.
