otherwise we just accuse anybody of comitting crimes depending on our own whims

there's lots of talented aussie artists in every field - we might only come from a population of 25m but are able to field many a singer, actor, musician and kpop idol!!! lol

wait what? commission of a crime (key word crime) means you undertook actions which are criminal (ie. guilty) no?

I mean you could say one committed acts which allegedly are a crime but unless one is found guilty of such it's almost defamation to say otherwise no?

for example let's say OJ Simpson - he the acts but he did not commit the crime of murder since he was found not guilty and thus if someone tried to say he committed murder they would be wrong since he (again technically) he did not...does that make sense?
