The fact Min Heejin has stans alone is pretty crazy like there's no denying her style works but what makes her different than the rest of the people who are known for working for particular idols either as I can't say I ever came across a full on stan for known producers like Shinsadong Tiger.

Not discounting that she was good at what she does, but she's not exactly one of a kind either. Just thinking of super recent releases... Chill Kill was a fantastic conceptual album. And there have been a lot of SM (and former SM) soloists that had some of their (imo) best work last year, like Wendy's Wish You Hell, Baekhyun's Hello World, and Taemin's Eternal albums.

And it's not like she can do no wrong either... Some of her creative decisions have deservedly been criticized, particularly with her pushing the boundaries of what's appropriate for minors.

I personally wouldn’t say that aespa lacks creativity. If anything, the creativity seems to be too much for a lot of people. Also I think WayVs stuff has mostly been very nice and plenty creative thematically, many are very aesthetic looking too.
