I actually had Jokbal when I went to Korea because of Momo, I went to a street stall that offered cup jokbal but there was some confusion and I got an entire leg..

My honest opinion is that it wasn't bad, the meat taste like regular pork but it was very fatty and I don't like eating fat so.. I probably won't get it again. Also the sauce that I got with it had tiny shrimp in it, I don't eat seafood so that was weird. Like tiny whole shrimp.. Eyeballs and all weirded me out. It was funny though, I was like "cup jokbal juseyo??" and the lady was like "wut?" "here's a whole leg". But everything is cheap in Korea compared to Europe so whatevs'.

Well it's delicious, unlike pig feet that's full of fat, chicken feet has no fat, you cook it until so long that all the collagen breaks apart and becomes super soft all it absorbs all the liquid and flavor and just falls off the bone. Girls love it because the collagen is really good for the skin
