I think that the girls will be able to move on and pursue their own interests and sign with other companies (if they are still interested in entertainment/music). Hopefully they will find paths that all work for them. The disbandment is sad yes, but it's also an opportunity for them to pursue things that make them happier, and I hope they find success and happiness.
