It's a interesting topic as on the one hand Korean artists releasing in other languages is a gray area of its own like we get songs nearly all in English released in Korea but as well releasing in Japan, China or the US US also viewed as a normal thing to do.

True but I was more talking about idols who are both based in another country and not of korean nationality and releasing songs mostly in another language, despite being a part of a kpop group (or formerly a part).

Like Tiffany is American and now she's become based there and releasing English songs, though she started with releasing Korean solos. And many Chinese kpop idols have become based in China releasing C-pop

I think I'm mostly good for now, since if any of the artists I voted for make it, anyone else I would want cards from I wouldn't collect for a while

but i'll check the old voting threads to see who else I voted for.
