I think high. i am really starting to think they could debut in Aug.
If RV starts day 2 promotions around the concert time (which i really expect) I could see them debuting during the last week of Day2

girls especially are going to stop going the the major agencies. Look at the short time trainees in IZ*ONE that all passed on bigger companies for smaller.
there is no way sm would not have wanted Yujin , Wonyoung, and Chaewon all trainees that were under a year in system.
