Honestly the cover round of this Queendom totally missed the mark for me as I don't think any of the performances really stood out and that you could have completely missed this round because no ones stage felt like a complete and cohesive reinvention of the song due to some just making odd choices and others just not doing enough.

Yeah this round had a lot of potential with the artists and the songs available but it just didn't happen.

I'm not confident in the Unit or Fandora rounds delivering either because Round 3 was the weakest round of Queendom 1 and the choices of bsides in this lineup is pretty weak given that I expect Gfriend and Sistars won't be chosen so it only leaves WJSN with a strong discography really.

i still think its odd that they did not allow more Gp 999 songs for kep1er. Such a disadvantage for the other teams. Mnet must have had copy right issues.

Mnet could've also put CLCs discography as an option for Kep1er given that unlike Busters it looks like CLC are done as a group and it would've still worked with allowing for previous work to count.

It'll look bad if Hyolyn or Viviz don't perform their own songs on the show as they're not on there as Gfriend or Sistar so they still need to promote themselves and there's only the Fandora round left to do that.

Also ignoring the discography issue for Kep1er I am now of the belief that I don't think either Kep1er or Viviz were quite ready to appear on Queendom.

You can clearly see both groups still haven't gotten used to their current groups to know how to make the most of them with Viviz focusing too much on the dancing aspect I'd say which is making the singing feeling secondary when it should be equal for them.

Kep1er are in a worse spot given none of them have experience at the level they are at to fall back on and a lot of the members are brand new so they're getting used to everything while competing against artists who have had at least 4 years experience.

Brave Girls also seem kind of lost on how to present themselves exactly but that isn't affecting their performances so they might have been better with some more time of being successful however I wouldn't say they need it.

Added Spotify links for the studio versions to the OP and used the Queendom 1 album names since Mnet just didn't use the names for the Queendom 2 albums with the exception that Queendom 1s Hit Songs did not get Studio Versions so

I think Bom was always going to be hurting on a show like Queendom as she's more so a vocalist and vocal performances can be good but there was no way that was going to hold when groups especially nowadays are expected to deliver with both their vocals and their dancing.

Hyolyn is definitely the only one so far that has done what you should do on a show like Queendom which is accentuate the strengths and hide the weaknesses while others are focusing too hard on proving themselves to the detriment of some of them actively exposing their weaknesses.

I think if this current state of the show continues Queendom 2 has potential to do a lot of harm to the competitors which we are already seeing with Kep1er as their fandom has fallen apart but even like Brave Girls who went on the show to prove they aren't 1 hit wonders have had Rollin' be part of every single set of performances while Queendom 1 had no repeat of songs I believe.

I feel like if they were going to do this it would've been better for the cover round although I guess this way Mnet can blame it on the fans and not get the backlash like they did when Lovelyz covered Brown Eyed Girls instead of Oh My Girl in the 1st season.

It really shouldn't have been an option with the first season I feel just because it wasn't really needed since even if you got Bom you had access to 2NE1s discography as a result while everyone else had discographies you could work with since even (G)I-dle had a couple of comebacks.

I think assuming Lovelyz would stick to the sexy concept route they should have went for something that wasn't full sexy but also could be like Darling from Girl's Day.
