@ItzyLove plus depending on where you go, the difference between eating out and cooking at home is crazy. Next time I go to a real restaurant I'm going to need to see the menu with the nutrition facts attached. The entire meal better not be 3000 calories. lol

a pasta dish is the meal btw, although they will usually give ya bread and salad so ya don't stave while waiting for the food.

i have been to those types of places the pancakes are 12-13 inches in diameter at least.
Guy i was with ordered 3 and they were like you sure.. he was like duh. It was so much food.

Yup, that's why the majority of the population is overweight, unfortunately.

the reason why people are overweight in the US is a rly complex answer. thats just one of them. look into epigenetics, as well as consider how expensive "healthy" food is here (fruits and veggies), and how little free time americans have to prepare their own food bc of late stage capitalism.

i put healthy in quotations bc even "healthy" foods in excess are bad for you. food has no polarity

technically, you can. just ask the restaurant for some take-out box to put the leftovers in and you can take them home
