Top tier technical vocals. And no, they're not emotionless.

SM rules the performance aspect in general.

Strong rappers as they tend to focus on those.

Songwriting/producing: YG
When applicable.

Music Videos: JYP
They always have great camera-work and visually appealing music videos.

Visuals: SM/JYP for ggs, SM for bgs
Kind of subjective, but...

GGs: SM/JYP
SM and JYP are tied here. They've had great girl groups across the board, old and new.

BGs: SM, YG is close
SM boy groups just excel in general. If YG had a couple more bgs they'd be contenders.

Discography: SM, they can't be beat discography wise tbh. Almost all of their songs are amazing.
Singing: SM, they are THE vocal company for a reason.
Dancing: SM, I think that their dance moves are just more complex and interesting to watch.
Rapping: YG, I think this is pretty self explanatory.
Visuals: Hmm... SM has my favorite visuals but I'd say in general JYP? They just have overall really good looking groups.
GGs: SM, they have a lot of great girl groups... SNSD, f(x), The Grace, Red Velvet... JYP would be second though, I love Wonder Girls, Miss A, and Twice, all iconic queens.
Bgs: SM too. Super Junior, Shinee, TVXQ, EXO, all of them are really great and I've never really liked any YG or JYP boy groups too much.

Bgs: SM, i'm not a fan of BG but only SM can make me stan their boygroup since Vocal and dance are a huge factor

Variety show : No agency can beat SM who have SUJU and SNSD

Production : Still SM, their artist participe in writing, producing songs, they choregraph, they produce Concert and they participate in the filming of MV, they also help to choose their styling for their comeback
