But hybe’s statement from the start was the same as what garam herself, classmates and teachers said after she left

Both under the same company so not a great look either way.

They had provided no evidence at that point though since it wasn't until the 2nd statement they actually said anything of substance so their 1st statement ended up making things worse.

As for Garam that was apparently just two iljin groups going at it which one of the things from Garams side said she had an iljin friend group but wasn't herself so could be a case of wrong crowd but problematic at least

That part is true but it also wasn't the only thing that came out and from everything that did come out the impression people got was both sides were in groups of bullies so at that point there's no side taking in this situation because you know both sides aren't totally clean either way

You're focusing on Garam when I'm bringing up the crowd of people she hung around with and an iljin isn't just smoking or drinking it's a person in school who displays dominate behaviour typically associated with smoking, drinking or bullying.

Also take Soojin for example she never got in trouble for anything but admitted in her apology she spoke mean to people in school backing up what Seo Shinae said about her so there's not proof in there being no proof.

Not saying Garam is even the main instigator but you'd be naive to think if she's part of an iljin group that she at least didn't side with them even in situations they may have been in the wrong as people are more inclined to believe people they are friends with not even mentioning Garam and Eunseo were friends after the molka incident.

in cases that sometimes things are very serious and that might even need police involved, a deep investigation is needed, even if it takes months. people r so quick to choose sides. its not bad to take the middle ground. just wait till the professionals deal with it and eventually all is set. the discussions between fans are part of it, obviously, but sometimes taking action quick doesnt mean its the best choice

also someone said like "we wait and if its fake at least theres no victims", which i do disagree. in these matters somebody always suffers, even if fake, cause the victim then is the supposed attacker. fake accusations can give someone serious trust issues and other mental problems

i remember a case, that i can use as example, where a guy was blamed of rape and his university expelled him, before the police had proof. went to court multiple times, up until the girl confessed she lied about the rape. the guy then couldnt go back to uni due to their policies and had to lose all progress on his studies, due to a lie. something that wouldnt have happened if the uni waited for an investigation. i think the guy ended up never really recovering and killed himself a while later

uni here is RBW, so just be patient, cause if its all fake, u can be fucking up somebody career over it and all the hardwork they put into it. like i said, reading things and taking a middle ground is okay, until a verdict comes out

I agree. I always take the middle ground until something is 100% confirmed.
