Not at all, at 1.11 Joy has braided hair and in a part of their choreo, they have clapped their hands together and bending down in a type of squat just before the minute mark.
I'm pretty sure I've seen it in other cultures.

Yeah, I noticed that as well. They look more like twists to me, but I can't really tell.

As for the dancing, those have been in many choreographies before, so I doubt people will make a big deal out of it, since they didn't already. They didn't seem to squat as much as to imitate what I believe to be an Indian or Middle Eastern styled dancing. It only appears that they folded their hands to me tbh. I'm not really educated on this, so I'm not sure. If they did do all of this, though, then...
