Quite alot actually mentally and phtsically.. I wouldn't say I'm that stronger (maybe more dead inside lol), but not alot of things surprise me anymore

I see death and experience it physically and mentally, emotionally. Though it is only a figment of my imagination not being filtered, though it feels real.

So I'd say every waking moment for me. Sometimes it wants to hurt me and trick me. But I prevail somehow.
