I did check her discography page on wikipedia and it says that her only release as the lead artist was Flower Way which was from Jelly Box which was like the Queendom songs so that's probably why it didn't count as her solo debut even though it got her a win. As for what counts as a collab it can get kind of confusing since Wheeins solo from this year Goodbye was produced by Jungkey but it was counted as a solo so it could be that Dingo if that is who Sejeong is doing the collab with is only producing the song so it would count as a solo.
