When it comes to taxes corps and most people live on the edge.

basically its like sports if your not cheating your not trying.

they catch em once every 5 years(since they investigated in 2009 , 2014 , and this in 2019) that is a win :)

and the agency is wrong often. several times the irs has said i owe them money only once was it so (because i received documentation for a credit that was incorrect, so i had to pay the diff.)
