What songs [by a group you like] do you think should never have been singles?

Personally, I don't think Momoland should have released Baam as it led to everyone saying that Momoland was sh*t and that they plagiarized themselves.. I could barely enjoy the comeback. lol.. That mini album was great, but Bingo Game or Very very would have been better for that comeback.

Many would say summer rain over rainbow. I am not sure that rises to ruins but.

Might get discussion about RBB Zim UU some even go at PU.

I would pick RBB skills aside just the name of the title itself was a "BAD IDEA" unless the song was epic level and expertly timed.
As it was they were set up to fail with a Halloween song at Christmas time.

Also once again showing those dark concept stans are full of crap.

With RV I'm still salty they didn't continue with songs like Red Flavor.

Pristin we like good call.

problem was PAB and BB sold made em think they could do it, but it killed off the fanbase and brought many fans who were style fans.
Like say Hobgoblin another song that killed a group because of its pain in the ass style fans.

well i wouldn't say it "ruined" the comeback because it was still amazing in every possible way but i feel like "i feel you" was one of the weakest tracks on wonder girls' reboot (the album is flawless though so it's still a really good song). i wish they had released "one black night" or "baby don't play" as a title track.

I didn't answer the question, but RV's comebacks have been disappointing to me this year. They need better title songs. Like Zimzalabim had exciting mv, but the song wasn't it.

I liked zim if not for that distorted base near the start. it was a foray into club music. Granted not what i search out but it was well executed live.
UU was a classic happy summer song it just crashed and burned. Since BB RV fans have really turned on the red side.

PU did well early but that comeback has been the death of the residual sales going forward. for example the red did 43 k in month 1 and 2 and is over 75k now. RR 51k to 85. rookie 75 now 111. RS 69 to 104 , TPRV 75 with the khimo. now at 113. ironically the same as PRV is atm both at 113k(jewel cases for peet's sake)


SM did 157k (btw it ended the year at 157k) and now is at 163. rbb 94 now at 99.

SM's management of RV has turned their fans in to bg fans with a big initial buy and tiny residuals. Or i guess the fan-base is cannibalizing itself either way they killed the growth.

It seems some fans buy in one comeback and skip the next, and then appear again to buy the next.

There is weirdness afoot for sure. But consistently the older albums are bought by fans at a rate much higher than the new albums excepting ofc The Velvet whis sold like 48k and is at ~55 now.

Teh new albums have more gimmics (ie limited editions ) Why Day 1 did much better than day 2 the LE were more fun :)

Really Really and Fun could have stayed in the drafts tbh. Both came with great bsides but the titles were mediocre.

Zimzalabim would be my top choice but really Power Up as well. It started the string of consecutive disappointing RV titles for me. Umpah Umpah was an improvement but nowhere close to their 2017 best.

Kill this Love was also a pretty underwhelming comeback as a follow up to D4. All my hype gone on first listen.

Really i liked RR much more than say WJSN's song at the time. And i like fun far more than love rppp.

interesting opinions here...

from the current releases I would say Jopping for sure. Something way better could have been used. I also wasn’t that crzy into Want by Taem. Like Want isn’t even bad but not that impactful in my opinion as it could have been.
