This might work for a very small amount of people however the biggest problem is lack of interest in most groups like everyone checks out comebacks but how many are going to check out something like YooAs solo or Yujus OST which aren't connected to the group work and that's not many are going to care and these are big groups people know let alone small ones.

The forum ends up relying on big comebacks to be active because people stick to their fandoms so the more non comeback threads get ignored and I think that's just the side effect of having an active userbase that isn't new to kpop and so they usually end up in the lounge.
