I personally don't understand why they didn't sue separately for mistreatment rather than breach their contracts. Legally, they're in the wrong here but would have had a much higher advantage suing for their claims first then use it as fuel to ask the court if they can release them from their contracts.

Their side can say whatever they want to try and save face however the reality is they don't look to be on the winning side for this case since the focus is on Ador solely by itself mistreating them however they didn't even work with Ador under the new management so practically all the complaints they would have with Ador would have been when Min Heejin was running it and are effectively arguing for the person taking advantage of them.

I tend to default to siding with idols over companies too, but just because an idol is doing or claiming something doesn't mean the company is actually in the wrong. And we want contracts to be enforceable, because it cuts both ways: then companies could do whatever they please with no consequences if the agreements don't actually matter either.

Yikes. I suspect that, any company with the money to drop that to get a specific group would be more inclined to just pick up another mega popular groups with fewer controversies attached.
