I tend to default to siding with idols over companies too, but just because an idol is doing or claiming something doesn't mean the company is actually in the wrong. And we want contracts to be enforceable, because it cuts both ways: then companies could do whatever they please with no consequences if the agreements don't actually matter either.I wish they could just escape the company without consequences.
per member too, so all 5 would be almost 4 million. So $725K USD per instance. Better get paid if they're going to do it then.

Yikes. I suspect that, any company with the money to drop that to get a specific group would be more inclined to just pick up another mega popular groups with fewer controversies attached.per member too, so all 5 would be almost 4 million.
and its even worse ..
lets say they went to solo gig/ad
tax rates are in effect 50 % at a billion won. 45 to the fed and 4.5 to the local.

Besides the above PIT, there is also a local income tax that is assessed at a rate of 10% of the PIT rates.
- PIT is paid to the National Tax Service (NTS).
- Local income tax is paid to the city or the province that is the domicile of the taxpayer.

i assume the fine is on the net( cuz the court doesn't want to mess with the tax man). so to pay the fine they would need to be paid about 1.5 million dollars to end up not in debt from work.
