According to Edaily Han Seo Hee is the person A in B.I's Katalks. She was arrested August 2016 and police found Katalks with BI from her phone. When police questioned her she confessed that she had delivered LSD to B.I to iKON's dorms. She later changed her testimony (reportedly due to YG ent and their lawyers advice) and said B.I had requested drugs, but she hadn't delivered them.

And yup, Han Seo Hee is the T.O.P's ex-girlfriend who T.O.P smoked marihuana with and got caught when Seo Hee told on him during police questioning. She was earlier convicted to 4 years probation for marihuana and LSD related drug crimes.

While T.O.P's and B.I's choice to use (or BI's case at least text about using) drugs is their own fault, I just can't with this girl either

She's really being thorn in YGE's back, bringing down YGE's boy groups single handedly. And why is everyone using and buying drugs from this girl wtf.

Though tbh, this makes whole thing make some more sense to me. Apparently Han Seo Hee had lot of connections with YG artists and she was known in the company as someone that could get u drugs. It does make sense why B.I would know her, more than that he would know some hard boiled drug dealer. And if there was someone providing drugs to lot of artists, it makes also sense why so many would get caught using them.

It does seem like the recovery is impossible. Not only idols are being accused of this stuff, but also CEO of the company is under fire for prostitution accusations. Losing B.I is huge deal he and ikon did so good last year and were seen as future of YG together with Blackpink. Without him it's hard to say how Ikon will move forward, they lost most crucial member. Winners members are getting bit old, they will have to leave for army in couple years.

Tbh as much as I didn't want to admit it, maybe it's time for idols to abandon the sinking ship.
