The new card challenges will be related to where various idols have lived and what languages they speak. For the ones about where idols have lived, they do not need to have lived there long to count, but they must have resided there for some time

The loophole or twist here is that other languages means-no Korean, Japanese, mandarin, Cantonese, English, European languages or S.E.A languages; this leaves only Chinese dialects(excluding cantonese), Asian languages other than mandarin, Cantonese or S.E.A languages, plus South American not-spanish/portuguese. Then African languages.

I think there's no African speaking or south american/Caribbean native language speaking kpop idols nor asian(chinese not cantonese) dialect-speaking idols afaict.

So Katseye Lara who can speak Tamil(not sure how fluent tho) is my pick.

Tbh I did miss how few it is, so people who’ve been saying non European dialects of European languages (like Brazilian Portuguese) have been counted, and as to SEA it seems that some people don’t consider the island nations in Southeast Asia Southeast Asia so I haven’t been commenting on those either. It was an oversight on my part. There are some idols who speak languages outside these categories (such as Arabic) but they are less common no doubt.

There’s at least one who speaks some Arabic, though I don’t know for certain if he’s completely fluent or not. I might have heard of another but maybe I’m just forgetting now.

Also if you want to know the Arabic speaking one, it’s Dann from Kingdom. I just didn’t want to give it away if someone wanted to use him as the idol
