Iv seen OG cards team resign, maybe more due to irl than cards burnout n a hard working dedicated cards team member is precious(tho i hear eclipsoul n izcream might be waiting in the wings for their chance LOL)

I missed replying to ur post above abt getting joy 3 from izcream, when my phone screen deleted a chunk of words n i just shrugged n clicked post resignedly. Iv agreed, thnx lit - i hope u can complete minho soon(n i hope i can get sthg to pay off my debt soon).

It seems every time I go on to do trades/dailies, a bunch more pop up or even when I just come to post them

I think its not tat they keep popping up, its ur sense of responsibility to keep up with everything at once.

U can pace urself u know, say for the 12 hrs from 00:00kst to 12:00noon kst [edit: or even just 4 hr chunks at a time end edit]u will deal cards/process trades n rerolls but after tat leave it to others. Instead of jostling with other cards team members all at once after there's a full team of 56 cards dealers/processors now. Its teething problems, im sure u all can work smoothly as usedta happen earlier(the volume of cards activity just magnified slowly to overwhelm cards team but im sure u can overcome/handle it BUT just dont let any ONE burn out by doing everything all at once. Just imo/a thought/suggestion to not overwork urself to the point of burnout due to FOMO/strong responsible work ethic!!

Yeah u said tat earlier then u came back n did a buncha stuff. I think u could hv said "i did cards work from 00:00kst to 09:00 kst [with breaks]" n left it to others when they were active. Its no biggie i think to let spread out cards work amongst cards team. N i dont mean kick out anyone if they're still contributing/contributed for 1.5 yrs already, just go with the flow n relax if u hv done a lot from 00:00 to 09:00 already. Let others hv a turn for a hrs. It wont kill us cards users/collectors to wait for the next shift to take over. n it wont be good in the long run if u burn urself out.

U hv to be able to punch out from work tho, even if u go bk to the office to retrive ur stuff u forgot. If u notice stuff need to be done n say its just one thing, pretty soon it's hrs l8r. N if u keep doung tat over n over again u might burn urself out. U hv barely been a cards team member for a week ,(or less?) n u seemed overly stressed to me. Its ok imo to turn off work mode if u hv been working on cards on n off from 00:00 kst to 09:00 kst (even i slept between 2am my time n 7am), n just post ur trades n say ur taking a breather (n actually relax/rest from cards work n wait till next shift comes in). I think it wouldnt make much difference to next cards team if u had done tat/do tat next time ur active from 00:00 kst to 09:00 kst n after.

Get a good rest lit. Good night n go to sleep soon/take a breather from cards work till 00:00 kst next day to recharge.otherwise it wont do u (or cards team/users) much good in the long run if u burn urself out so fast as a cards team worker, if vikki or cal disagree ill fite em.

@litc don't worry about not doing all the requests at once if there is a backlog. IRL things come first. For a few weeks before we added you and Soogi to the team, my IRL work got so busy (and still is due to my company expanding) card requests backed up pretty much every day for 2-3 weeks. Thus most of the time it was Vikki who had to do many requests in one go. It can get tedious for sure. But Vikki sometimes did as much as she could before waiting for me/dami/lex to do the rest. And that's completely fine to do.

No user on KS has ever complained about waiting for their requests to get processed. Even if they've been waiting for 6+ hours lol. So now with more CT members backups shouldn't be as big as before, but if there's still quite a bit, don't worry about leaving a message like you did earlier saying you'll leave the rest for another CT member.

LMAO nah idk where you heard it from but i haven't applied for cards team's recruitments in a long time

don't get me wrong, cards team is a great team but i barely have time for myself, yet alone apply for cards team. besides, i have more important things to do irl
