apps/services where you pay for a more "personal" connection with kpop idols should not be a thing. at the end of the day no matter how genuine these messages seem, you're still paying literal strangers to text you and there should be some boundaries between you and people you support. not to mention that it may cause more harm than good because it gives some people a sense of ownership towards these idols, like what happened to joy because she prioritised her relationship over her fans.

I understand why certain members would get less lines (e.g, they’re weak/er vocalists compared to others) but like you could at least try to give them 10 seconds at the minimum and extra screen/centre time. And if you do neither, while giving certain members more in those categories, then that’s mismanagement, and why would you debut them in the group if you’re gonna treat them like that?

the aespa hate train regarding their supposedly nonexistent stage presence is ridiculous and so is trying to cover up the fact that it's straight up hate by using the term "constructive criticism". constructive criticism is a type of feedback that helps the person (performer in this case) somehow improve, it's not a social media user IStanTalent123 making a video of what they consider to be aespa's weaker moments while performing and sharing where other people can also express their hatred towards aespa. just say you can't stand how successful they are and go
