Hoping it's true. Goes to show BBC can't get away with lies. For all members to immediately file an injunction proves the members won't stand for the BS and slander against Chuu.

I'm optimistic so if they do all leave, I'm hoping to see another company take them. Whether or not they can be "Loona" remains to be seen but as long as all 12 are together, I'll be happy.

I mean they also denied Chuu was in a legal battle against them and then proceeded to exile her from all of Loonas activities as soon as Flip That promotions were over but considering Chuu was able to get a partial injunction against them with her not being paid I doubt things would go BBCs way if this is true.

Have to see what happens here though as there's the chance for them to rebrand if BBC has trademarked Loona however I only know of them applying for the trademark of Chuu although as well it will depend how much money Loona as a whole actually has since if they are starting without much then getting to the first comeback would be quite the hurdle.

Have to wait and see if anything else comes out about this.

I feel like this is the end of the group, if they leave BBC, which I think they should do, then they have very limited choices. Maybe some of them can form a smaller group under another company, but idt a bigger one would work. Better no group than what they have to deal with though.
