I've noticed that almost everyone has a different and personal list of requirements to be a "Stan"
What do you consider Stanning and how is that different from being just an average fan?
Is it Time?
Money?
Personal feelings/dedication?

I don't know how to describe it but some groups just click to me but I love all groups so I have no clue

when a group makes you feel like you are going to scream, cry, admire them, be a hoe for them, and love them forever

but I stan about 10 groups :D

I wouldn't go so far as to say I use the term with the original meaning (obsessive, overcrazed fan), that would probably lead into sasaeng territory :llama_eyes:

For me, I would only "stan" a group if I love them enough to willingly fork over money to buy their albums, merchandise and/or attend their concerts. For other groups, I would probably be counted as just a fan or a casual listener

Personal feelings for me, I can listen every artist without feeling anything, except Seventeen, I just love them T^T i get hyped without realising bcs of it...

C. Own all the albums
D. Invest significant time into tv/vlive type activities. (ie mostly current .. some groups make this super hard )
groups are then separated into levels.
E. Have or would travel to see them.

1. Go to Korea/ 10k + miles
2. Travel 1k up
3. drive
4. local only

That seems a base line.
