How many patties? How done is the patty? Condiments? Vegetables? Cheese? If homemade, how do you assemble it? Anything else?

At a restaurant I get everything but mayo. One patty, well done.

At home I get one patty. It's assembled as:
Top bun (regular or toasted)
Ketchup, mustard, Miracle Whip
Onions (raw or grilled)
Pickles
Bacon
Cheese (provolone or American)
Patty (well done)
Tomato slice
Lettuce
Bottom bun (regular or toasted)

i usually get 1 patty and with cheese and sometime bacon if there any and lettuce also ketchup. At restaurant depend on the menu. Like at in n out I would get a double double.

One patty which is well done, jalapenos, mustard and onions.

I use wheat patty, then mayo then provolone or mozzarella
then the veggies: avocado slice, tomato slice, pickles, lots of lettuce, chopped onions
for condiments I put mustard and sometimes tomato paste.
Only one patty, it’s my least favorite part.
