Like the title says, what areas should they improve on? variety, stage presence, singing, dancing, etc..

I agree, not every idol is good at variety which require quick wits and good humor, but i do hope that they become more comfortable.

They seem a bit camera shy so I hope they will become more comfortable expressing themselves
