It's not hard if you practice which I don't so then yes it is hard
It's just a different alphabet. But it's so much easier than some alphabets (Arabic for example), and definitely easier than something like Chinese or Kanji imo. But honestly no matter what language you pick off my list I'm the worst at writing in that language.
