What makes you Register? (1 Viewer)

[Ahsoka]

you register no matter what?
what makes you stay?

Not even sure, but I've ditched every kpop forum I'm a part of other than KS

[SHlNEE]

Tbh I was just looking for somewhere we could find comeback infos

you can find that on fan websites too like soompi etc so no need for forums when comes to that
so what made you register on this forum for example?

[maruberry]

so you register if you hear good comments about a place? the rest don't matter? the looks, the content etc ?
thats nice

I mean Lighter is a good friend + I was REALLY done with AKP

[SHlNEE]

i ditched one too recently
because staff was being dickheads , immature and unprofessional
i told them off and now im like BYE BITCH

[Michael]

so if i get you right, the forum itself is not the reason you register, the way it looks or what you see on it content wise
as long as you got goals for the subject you probably register?

More or less that's it. The way it looks bear little significance usually. One exception was a forum I registered on recently. It was an interesting MyBB based forum, and I wanted to get a feeling on what possibilities are available for that forum software. Now that I looked into it for about a week, I don't think I'll do much on it.

so you don't like mybb you mean?

[yeji]

I usually base it off vibe. even how I am with reddit tbh

[Michael]

I do like mybb; but now that my main goal is accomplished, I don't think I'll do much further on that forum.

[Abeamus]

Well for the first one I was on it was just that I liked the look of it and for here it was on a whim with that forum being down and the other I'm on was because my friend owns it

[Panda]

honestly, my friends were here so i signed up

[BobbyHill]

how would you know what it is like if the forum is new and you never been active there?
so how could this be a reason to register when its something you cannot know before you even register?
or you only register at forums you heard about and you heard chaos stuff about ?

ummmm..lurk??

[blueberries]

Topics and discussion, is there sth interesting for me

[RandAlThor]

you cannot say because you don't know or ?

best guess if i have something to say, the place provides information i want.
proportion of jerks seems manageable .
And is not a pain is the ass to join.

[honeyfornomoney]

Friends from another forum moved here and they took me with them lol

[raymondchouku]

My ship who is no longer here requested several times... and thus I did. Plus having a smaller pool, than the previous k-pop forum pool, to swim in makes the response rate and agreement to my opinions much greater; thus, reinforcing my narcissism.

To the join rate, I will join a forum or "social media" site if needed to access content. I am like @RandAlThor in very few spaces.

as the biggest forum site, would that mean you are on reddit, in one form or another?

And is not a pain is the ass to join.

But really... Are there forum sites that are like eHarmony that take three days to join?

[eclipsoul]

hard to answer, this is the only forum i'm on

[Darkseid]

I'll usually lurk for a few days to see the activity, threads, discussions, users etc. before deciding to join.
That's what I did with AKP. I joined KPS immediately because I saw familiar faces lol.
