Mostly western fans slept on gfriend the whole run.
SEA and Korea was strong.

i don't, i like the girls as i said, but i will most like rarely buy an album or stream much more than adding a song or to to the spotify play list.
The way source were so quick to dump Garam even after they most likely did crazy back ground checks given what happened to the last group they and big hit put together.

They are my test case for what to really do when i really like the members of the act but despise the company. in the past it was very hard to separate them and most fans just bitch about the agency but still spend the money so nothing changes.
Its like saying congress or the government suck but continually voting for the same ppl

You're being too kind Rand, International fans HATED Gfriend and they got equal if not more hate than the girl groups you'd consider more successful like Twice while not being in a single real controversy until their last year and haven't been in another since.

Perception is reality at the end of the day and International fans made it harder for Gfriend to grow by spreading the perception about their music to a degree that Buddies were not big enough to fight back on it. This allowed people to spread the idea that all their songs sounded the same and to an outsider that makes them sound boring meanwhile Rough and Navillera are almost nothing alike
