Gymnastics isn't that hard (yknow being the ~ professional~ I was [I have no athletic ability now, that was years ago)

Probably volleyball because it looks scary and people are literally DIVING for that ball it looks like it takes skills and ppl are getting skin burns, there was someone who broke their leg today SOOO and I almost got it in the face with the ball-

i would say at a high level every sport is very hard and u not only need a special gift for it, u also need a lot of drive to get to the top
to me the one that seems the hardest for the average joe is probably pole vaulting
