My eating is extremely unhealthy, and I go in between eating far too much to hardly eating at all. It's not a matter of an eating disorder of any time (as far as I'm aware of), I just eat when I have the time to. I also eat when I'm bored, which is pretty often. However, my metabolism is extremely high, so I don't really gain any weight. Regardless, after eating 7 lbs of bbq chips, though my brain feels guilty, my heart's content.

Terrible. Drink probably 2 cups of water a day.

Then maybe you should try to get into meal prep for lunches and having a bottle with measurements for the correct ounces you need.

Eight ounces. : > It helps alot. Also some people I've known also chew mint gum to satiate cravings. But maybe meal prep and planning the night before will be good for you. Least for break and lunch and then have your large calorie intake at dinner. Usually I wing that and have processes sometimes

I looked up ways to avoid overeating so I can control it a bit more. I'm also going to use some of my old tactics-such as drinking my favorite mint green tea. Two things that help suppress appetite.

I abuse my bladder by waiting over an hour to finally go the bathroom because I find a comfortable spot and I watched despicable me exactly 38 times. Only went the bathroom in a duration of 4 times in the same day.

Yeah, I've done this, but for eight hours...

But to your original question. I regularly have a habit of overeating followed by three days of unconscious low eating (i.e. eating one meal a day). Not intentional, but it tends to occur.

edit: I think the US has a problem with binge eating, so it might be a cultural thing. But still something that I struggle with...
