Fruit, but it has to be the right kind of fruit (bananas make my mouth feel dry and citrus fruits are too strong in the morning so probably something milder like grapes or cherries or strawberries)

well, this morning I had grits with an egg on top - so I'll go with that. I'm a former southern (US) girl, so it's only natural for me to love grits. lol

got sick last year put on too much weight.
Keto is no way for me to to live but it gets the weight off.
As long as you can put up with eating meat eggs cheese and some raw nuts indefinitely :).

I think once i get to the goal i can stay in the ball park thru aggressive intermittent fasting. I was able to maintain some plateau levels. It has just taken most of 4 months to break thru.
but these last 15-20 will be stupid hard. maybe by September i can have pie and icecream or go out to eat...
