1 more day for American folks. What are your Thanksgiving plans if this applies to you or if you have a general fall break?

My parents are out having fun in Cancun so I'm gonna celebrate Friendsgiving and then chill at my grandma's place. My fam's not American so we've never really done the whole Thanksgiving feast type of stuff except one year but it was a joint party with a baby shower.​

Well we always have the feast because why not, even though we aren’t fully American we celebrate “American” holidays (okay not like Veterans Day or that kind of stuff but the major ones).

Either everyone comes to our house, or we go to my aunt and uncle’s house. And I’m going home! And I get to see my brother! And my cousin who’s the same age as me. Oh the beautiful chaos we have when we’re together
And I get to meet her boyfriend
there’ll be food and we’ll watch a movie! There’ll be my parents and aunt and uncle and some cousins

but realistically I don’t know how much I’ll enjoy bc I always get gloomy going to a different timezone, for the initial few days, idk why, even though I’m super happy rn

Thanksgiving day dinner at my aunt’s house! I can’t wait enjoy some pernil asado. That and to see who will refuse to do the thanksgiving day prayer during dinner
