I usually see nctzens including wayv under nct, and wayzennies stating wayv is not nct. They literally have red for wayv hashtag lol. sm has stated wayv is nct, but excluding them from nct content, and not letting the members really interact with each other UNTIL nct 2020 says otherwise.
