i think there are 400 + unique cards. Zico 1 with 12 a few more with 11 from the first set.

We tried to get a cap per card but guess that did not fly.

What I've seen you do is pursue a lot of different sets instead of focusing on maybe one or two at the same time.

I've given away my Sihyeon so many times altho I wanted to collect EVERGLOW just to get cards for other sets I could finish etc..

I don't think it's bad to go for a lot of different sets at the same time too you just have to see where your priorities stand and go for sets you'd most likely want to finish first

Events don't happen often and you have to win to be able to get a card of your choice. So it doesn't really help much at all.

And although the third batch will be coming soon and I can't wait... There are going to be too many cards for people to be able to collect sets within a reasonable amount of time. It could take many months to complete a set start to finish.

I'd like more opportunities for people to be able to choose a card they want. I'll probably ask Cards Team if they have something in mind to make this possible.

I think a system where you just pick a number between 1-10 and if you hit the number you pick then you can choose the set you want to have a card from and then roll a number again based on the number of cards in the set and if it lands on one you don't have then you get that card but landing on a card you do have then you just get a random card.

It'd be balanced in that you couldn't just use this to complete card sets but it could help you move through the sets you don't have many of until you get to the final couple of cards

Cards Team is currently talking over another system though, whereby you hand in 5 cards to get one specific one in return. They might also include a rule that you need to have the cards in your possession for at least three days before you can turn them in for a card of your choice. That way, people can still have time to trade/make offers.

Also, no one will be completing sets fast with this system. A set like Twice (9) will take 45 days to complete (not including the rule of waiting 3 days to turn in cards, otherwise it will be longer).

As it stands, there are so many cards that it could take many months for people to complete a single set. With the addition of more cards in the future, it's going to take even longer. So we definitely need a system like this that allows us to hand in 5 cards in return for a card of choice will be useful.

Or the system you suggested at the very least. So at least we have a targeted set to get a card from, thus making it far easier to complete our sets.

Could also do a mix between the two so there is a trade in function and a chance to be able to choose a set as there are people still going after plenty of cards without the 3rd set being taken into consideration as well.

As for me i'd need currently 75 cards to get the rest of the cards i'd want with the trade in system and that definitely runs the risk of burning people out so it really comes down to striking the balance between being fun yet rewarding.
