all the examples you listed are fairly recent and happed in the last few years, the industry has changed and there is no point to cling to outdated data that has no relevancy anymore. It never had any relevancy in the first place, because every case is different, just because one thousand groups before did not extend, never meant Twice would not extend

It's not naive when the data is meaningless, because no group has any relation to any of the previous groups that did or did not extend.
It was Moguri, who brought up Twice specifically Because based on your statements I'm sure you were one of the people that claimed Twice would not extend, or at least not with all members. Yet they did, breaking the 7year curse forever and paving the way for eternal happiness for all girl groups! Things can never go back to how they used to be, the past is dead forever.

the past is but one (albeit important) factor to consider when asking the question "would all of the members of the GG renew with the same company"
no one is asking to go back to the past - I never said I wanted to go back to the past but it must be something to be considered and taken into consideration
obviously the more one knows about a group the more one can factor in various comments that said members have made in the past or their attitudes and reactions towards that company, their personal goals and desires etc etc to determine whether that GG would renew or not

no I never claimed that twice would not renew since that is a definitive statement selfmate rarely makes definitive statements - I would say that based on the information I had prior to their renewal I said that they were more likely to renew than not (group wise) but I would have also said that it would be more likely than not that some members would not renew with JYPE for individual activities and that was proven wrong.
