rn probably the quest by frederik van eeden (the og dutch title is de kleine johannes). its basically a story about growing up, written like a fairy tale, with a lot of symbolism and metaphors

my friends and i were making a list... this is mine it was supposed to be a top 100 but these 82 are well into 200.
we used one of those this or that ranking programs to order them.
anything in the top 10 i have read 10-20+ times
to even be considered i have to have read it a few times.
That killed a bunch of classics and i really did not dig very far out of epic fantasy, fantasy , and sci fi
all if these i have some copies of (some of the crazy big youth sets i never owned all of them )
