Why do Americans cut their bread crusts? (3 Viewers)

Since u make ur own bread , urs might be similar to ours.

This is the kinda crust we have. It is rough, vut the crunchiness is what we enjoy.

And this is what i've always seen advertised in videos from the US. Which would be like a brioche consistency for us. I find thus crust very soft just from looking.
But maybe u have the same crusts as us?

Reminds me of the video of the chick who thought Americans brushed with just water. That said the only time I cut off the crust is when I am making a sandwich that the bread is too big for. As a rule I don't cut the crust off. However, I don't find the crust of regular bread to be "the best part of the bread".

I also did have my doubts if i make threads with too much friction amongst ppl. But it's just bread , so i calm myself down.
