I think the name of the title track makes sense based on the concept art we got with the painting aesthetic, like they should not be touched like a piece of art? Its kinda strange though, considering Sana and Momo are 2 of the touchiest idols Only Mina seems to really fit the concept

I'm still always really confused when I see many different names listed for the lyrics, like does it really need 4 people to go over a song text for one song?

Keep in mind some of this may be translation help, or making things flow better. For example, I doubt JYP wrote the lyrics to Do Not Touch in Japanese at first. He probably wrote what he wanted to say in Korean, and then Mayu Wakisaka helped with getting it over to Japanese and having it still make sense.

The opposite could also be true. Like for Rewind You, the team from The Hub could have had lyric ideas, but then Sana expanded on them, and transitioned them to Japanese.

Or Momo could have come up with the original idea of the lyrics for Funny Valentine, but the rest of the team tweaked them to match the melody.

I've been ignoring most "picture" teasers because nowadays the main teasers I look at are track lists and mv teasers.

That's my understanding yes.

But also, lyrics are much more than just text. The message has to make sense, the words have to flow well over the melody, etc. It's a longer process than we think and goes through a lot of iterations.

It really depends on the song and who's involved.

They've mentioned both before: sometimes that they get a demo of the instrumental and write lyrics to it, or that they come up with the lyric concept and the melody is written to fit.

For example, Jihyo mentioned that she wrote the lyrics to Trouble before she started working on the beat for it. But Dahyun said she got the instrumental for Bring It Back first and had several iterations of the lyrics done before they got approved (starting with the song being a fan song about Twice giving their love back to the fans)

So really, it depends.

Jihyo wrote and composed Cactus and Trouble. I don't think she's going to stop with just those two either.
