I eat lunch at 11:30 and dinner at 17:30.
anyways, eating lunch at 11 pm is way too late. you should not eat sth at least 2 hours before going to bed.

Depends what you're in the mood for! I'd personally usually eat dinner around 7-8pm, but you do you—if you're more of an early bird, maybe 5 or 6 works better!
