Or maybe not the national language definetly. I think languages that are local to that country, but aren't national should also be allowed! So for example italy's representative could sing in Catalonian, but not in English.

I like the songs that aren't in english automatically like 10x more than the songs in english. Songs like this are so much more personal and just authentic!

That's why I loved it when Portugal won back in 2017

Also, Italy is also one of the few that sends in a song in their own language or part English/Italian (I just love Italian)

But I agree, I would love to see more countries singing non-English songs
