After some talking with my classmates and dormmates I come here in a last desperate attempt of restoring my faith in humanity!

Can you or can you not make pancakes and muffins etc without the help of those special flours and mixes?

Because if you can't, stop wasting your money and go learn how to make them from scratch. Really. It isn't that difficult. It's tastier and it is just as simple making it from scratch!

As for the answer to your question, you can most definitely make them from scratch without the aid of mixes. It's just a lot more time consuming.

(everything can be made from scratch if you put enough work and time and effort into it, but who has time for that???)

I'm not drunk, I am just typing really fast and that combined with my already shitty foreign spelling = shit ton of typos!

Also how does making pancakes from scratch take a lot of time? 4 minutes to beat the eggs, 3 minutes to add milk and flour and then you just have to make them! The end result is tastier and it only took you 3-5 minutes more time! Even if it takes longer, the tastier result is worth it!

THAT is a very good question, but one day aunt Jamima won't be around and your kids will be begging you for pancakes and you will have to make them yourself that day! If you haven't practiced before then, then those pancakes will turn out shit and your kids will be SO SAD!

Raise the calf to be a heiffer and produce milk. Milk the heiffer.
Plow the fields, seed the fields, water the seeds to grow. Wait for the wheat to grow fully before harvesting. Mill the wheat into flour.

Yeah! What if my arms are too weak to beat the eggs and my egg mixer broke which makes me go to the store to get a new egg beater to come home only to find that I have no milk and flour to add to my mix and I have to go bACK to the store buy the milk and flour to come back home AGAIN to only find out that I also have no measuring cups
These are all plausible situations that wouldn’t happen if I just listen to my Aunt Jamima

OK well... I literally just finished making pancakes... And I didn't use an electric mixer... And I also didn't use an measuring cup...

Making pancakes isn't an exact science... The amount of flour doesn't need to be exact, you need to look at how thick the mixture is and decide on that if you will add more flour or milk or nah....

I know this was a joke... But I still got triggered... I'm sensitive about pancakes...
