Well my next top boy group to be specific!

EXO has been my favorite boy group since ~2014 and will probably remain my favorite for forever more~
However, since they won't be a full group again until 2025 😭 I need a group that'll fill the place of my top boy group to protect my heart.
So here is the competition to become Queen's NEXT TOP BOY GROUP


Contenders:

NCT: They are the logical choice for my next boy group since SM BG's have had a monopoly on my heart since my introduction into kpop. SHINee was my to boy group for 3 years and EXO has been for 4-5 years. They could take on the mantle of other SM BG's and become my favorite boy group. They have the talent to do so as well. Their vocals are golden, their dancers amazing, music is great and they have Doyoung & Jungwoo. Plus, every once in a while SM drops a surprise and gives you another talented person!


Up10tion: Of this list they are the group i've stanned the longest. I've been a fan since their debut song 'So Dangerous' and have stuck through everything. I've even returned to watching produce for them! Their albums are great and 'Stuck On You' is one of my favorite kpop bsides! One benefit to stanning them is Hwanhee, who sounds like Baekhyun They also have Sunyoul who can sing 'Tears' just as well as Chen can.


Seventeen: I've kept track of seventeen since their debut but only started stanning them in 2017. Of this list they probably have my favorite discography, I was into their music before I even knew all their names. They are another group of great talent. Vocal kings, dance kings, hilarious kings. Basically they are amazing. Last year they beat EXO for my most listened to group so they are already strong contenders.


The Boyz: I haven't even stanned this group a year yet! I've never gotten into a group as quickly as I did them. Even with Up10tion it took me a month to become a fan and a little longer to stan. For The Boyz it was about a week. I had heard their prior releases like 'Boy' and 'Giddy Up' but it was after 'Right Here' was released that I started getting into them. Twas a quick descent into stanning but with their music and a dancer like this, how could I not love them?

These four are groups I already stan and love but I think there is other possible contenders for the title of top boy group if they keep impressing me~

TXT: I really liked their debut album and i'm excited for their future songs. They have a concept that I love and their mvs are really interesting. 'Nap of a Star' is not like any kpop mv i've seen! If they release more great music I may start stanning and they could become contenders.

Produce Group: The produce group kind of has to do with up10tion since they were the only reason I decided to watch the show in full again. I actually really like some of the trainees though and they could be in the debut line-up so depending on who all makes the group and the music they release this group could give everyone a run for their money. Also, they'd disband in time for EXO to comeback! That's a little dark isn't it lmao

Well, The Boyz and Seventeen are 2 of my ults so it makes it hard to chose one but,,, I think Seventeen!

I like so many groups that I often shift my focus between groups, but Seventeen has literally always stayed consistent for me! I’ve never lost interest in them, and I’ve been a Carat since their debut!

straykids i think are iffy there concept seems to be a iffy one and there mv's are so weirdly high and low budget all at the same time

txt we need to wait until there in comeback 3 when fans who are only there for bts will have left


Seventeen cant be the next top boy group... They debutted in 2015 with mostly older members now they are now basically at the level they will stay as people class in the same category of time as bts and exo

We are also forgetting Tresure box will debut soon and produce x 101 boy group will be around for 5 years also and bighit is planning to debut a new bg also
