Just something that calms you down everyday~

I have a routine to make coffee for me, it takes me a long time cuz i'm just pacing the kitchen waiting for my milk to heat up in the microwave while listening to music, I need my space in the whole kitchen otherwise I can't pace and I start getting stressed out, I need to follow my routine perfectly otherwise it doesn't work 😔

There was a period in my life where I used to bake stuff at like 3am for a while, that was fun

haha i get stressed using colouring books! I don't like it when I even go the tiniest bit out of the lines lol I feel dans la douleur, like in pain and stuff uhggf

As I’m getting ready for bed I’ll have an audio book going, it helps me relax.

not a routine really, but I really love nighttime @ 3~4AM, and listening to lofi music & studying or something surrounded by dim lighting is one of the most calming feelings ever

currently it‘s putting on a meditation for sleep. it calms me down and I fall asleep so much quicker than I used to.

Another routine is that I always check everything on discord and then KS when I wake up
